Zekkei Japan to Build Hotel and Sell Villas in Furano

Zekkei Japan (Minami 10-jo Nishi 14-chome 1-25, Chuo-ku, Sapporo; President: Shutaro Ishimaru) has decided to build a new hotel and sell 17 lots of land for villas as part of its INTUITION FURANO resort development project in Kitanomine, Furano. The builder of the hotel will be decided in the future, and the land for the villa will be put up for sale shortly.

The hotel is expected to be identical in size to the hotel condominium (RC structure, 6 floors, a total area of 2,000 – 3,500 m2) that the company group is building in Kitanomine.

The villa lots will be 430 to 640 m2 per parcel. The size of the buildings that can be built should be between 640 and 1000 m2 in total. ALA (headquartered in Tokyo) has established a master plan for this group of buildings that takes into consideration the natural landscape. The buildings are required to be in line with the said plan.

The development site covers an area of 11,065 m2, including 2153-4 Kitanomine-cho, Furano. Itogumi Construction Co., Ltd. is proceeding with the land development. Construction is slated for completion in August 2023.
