Hong Kong Company to Develop 10 ha of Holiday Home Land in Rusutsu Village from Spring 2024

Hong Kong-based SILVER DYNASTY LIMITED (CEO: Ng Kwok Piu Philip) plans to develop a resort site in Rusutsu Village. The area covers approximately 10㏊, and development is expected to begin in the spring of 2024.

The project involves a total area of 99,506 m2, including 64-1 Mukogaoka, Rusutsu, which is close to the roadside rest area, Michi-no-Eki 230 Rusutsu and other facilities. There will be a total of 25 lots of approximately 2,000 – 6,500 m2 each.

Concerning the overall design, civil engineering is handled by TAGAMI PLANNING, architecture by Christopher’s, and construction by SHIINAJUKEN INC. It is estimated that the land development phase will take approximately 1 year.

According to village officials, it is the first large-scale development funded by foreign capital. As land prices in the Niseko area remain high, investors are seeking land in surrounding areas, including Rusutsu Village and Makari Village.
