List Development to Complete its Villa Development in Hirafu within This Year

List Development (Onoecho 4-chome 47, Naka- ku, Yokohama) has selected ITOGUMI CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD., to develop its villa area in the Hirafu district of Kutchan Town and construction will start in the near future. A total area of 6.5 ha will be developed. The project is aimed for completion by the end of this year.

The total land area of 65,308 m2 around Niseko Hirafu 5-jo 2-chome 71-3 extends northwest of the intersection along the Hokkaido Prefectural routes of Niseko Plateau Hirafu Line and Rankoshi Niseko Kutchan Line. Twenty lots of roughly 2,000 m2 each will be prepared for villas and two for commercial use.

Christopher’s is responsible for the total design and TAGAMI PLANNING conducts the detailed planning.

Since completion of the land development project may be delayed due to the labor shortage in the construction industry, the timing of sales is under consideration. It is also considered to possibly sell the lots with buildings completed.
